Welcome to Nola Gasmier

Interior spaces are a springboard for memory integrating the past with the present. This painting project investigates objects in relation to memory within home environments. As mnemonic devices, objects can evoke memories and associations, important to the dweller. The properties of objects will be investigated using charcoal and collage as an in-between step towards painting.
